Perfect snowmobile tour for couples, seniors or just 2 persons looking for a relaxing tour.

Just outside Jokkmokk you can experience the “speed” of the snowmobile and still enjoy the environment in a relaxing way. That makes this tour a perfect experience for couples or some older persons. A private snowmobile tour for max. 2 persons who share a snowmobile. Adults can take turns to steer the snowmobile after the breakstarting age 13.

Your guide is already waiting for you, with a warm overall and boots so just jump in and let´s get out to start the snowmobiles.

After getting dressed into an overall you receive a short instruction and then you will follow the guide. Relaxed and slowly to get the feeling how to drive the snowmobile. After a while when you have reached the frozen lakes the guide will speed up and makes sure it is never too fast. You must feel comfortable and relaxed while steering your snowmobile. There will be some short stops during the tour so you can make some pictures and the guide will check if you are feeling comfortable and secure.

Halfway the tour, there will be a coffeebreak. Sitting by the crackling fire, fresh boiled coffee and home made cinnamon buns. Tea or warm chocolate is also available. The guide will share some exiting stories about their lives in this region. After the lovely break you will steer back to base and with some luck you will see some reindeer or maybe even a moose.

If the temperatures are too cold (colder then -20, -25) the guide can decide to cancel the tour.

Good day

Time : 10:30

Meet & greet your guide

After you have met the guide, you will be receiving a warm overall and boots and helmet to use during the tour. A short instruction follows and if you feel good about it, the tour will start. Slowly you get used to drive the snowmobile. Halfway the tour, there will be a break. After the break, you can change drivers if you share a snowmobile. Have fun and drive safely!

  • Transfers to and from location
  • Travel insurance
  • Balaclava hood

we strongly advice you not to ware make-up, cremes nor Vaseline
Usually they are based on aqua and aqua freezes.
If the temperatures are cold you even might "forget" to wash your face, better to do that the evening before. The pharmacy is selling a special cold cream, based on oil. Use that for your skin.

Usually if a child can sit on it´s own, they can follow. It is the temperatures that can be dangerous for children. While they sit still they cool down too fast. That´s why the season is important. March and April are the best months for smaller children.

It was a beautiful experience! We spent our time driving the snowmobile in a stunning landscape with our lovely guides, that were really helpful and careful.
We had a stop in a little cabin, sitting around the fire to drink coffee and eat warm cinammon buns.
Our guides told us a lot of wonderful stories about Lapland and we also got the chance to see 3 mooses!
    Highly recommended!

Me and my wife really enjoyed the private tour out in the wilderness.
Our guides were really nice and friendly, but also very professional. They made sure we were warm, safe and comfortable. We also made a campfire in the woods, where we enjoyed homemade bakeries, coffee and other beverages. At the campfire we had a really interesting conversation.
At the beginning of the tour we also saw a moose.
We are really thankful for this amazing experience and would definitely recommend this tour with these two guides.
